Introduction to Impact Investment for Local Development Training Program

Within the scope of the SEECO Project, we organized the Introduction to Impact Investment for Local Development training program in Ankara CoZone on 10-11 December 2024. Participants discussed impact investment models and the role of the public sector in this field with theoretical and practical studies. Innovative ideas for local development were discussed in group workshops on social entrepreneurship and impact investing. While representatives from public institutions, international organizations and development agencies attended the first day of the training, technocity officials took part in the second day. The training aimed to contribute to the strengthening of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem for all our stakeholders, the adoption of innovative approaches for local development and the establishment of sustainable collaborations between the public and private sectors in the field of impact investment.
