SEECO Project - Ceremony of Livelihood Facilities: 15 June 2023

Venue: Hatay

Within the scope of the SEECO Project, the signing ceremony of the livelihood facility with the theme "Production Improves", which will be established in the Altınözü district of Hatay, was held.

At the ceremony, the Sub-Grant agreement was signed by the Mayor of Altınözü Mr.Rıfat SARI and the Secretary General of the Eastern Mediterranean Development Agency Mr. Oğuz ALİBEKİROĞLU. On behalf of Altınözü District Governorship, which is one of the partner institutions of the Sub-Grant agreement, District Governor Mr.Mehmet SERT and Hatay Head of Altınözü Olive Labor Women's Cooperative (HAZEK) Cooperative Ms.Leyla AYVAZOĞLU also signed the partnership statements.

SEECO Project Manager Ms. Hande KARA, Social Entrepreneurship Specialist Ms. Rumeysa TERZİOĞLU, Project Assistant Mr. Oktay YOZGAT and Project Focal Point Mr. ALİ KINCAL also attended the ceremony.

The project, which has a total budget of 150,000 Euros, aims to improve the production and employment opportunities for women and youth, as well as the capacities of the institutions involved.
