As Part of the SEECO Project, We Took Another Significant Step Toward Strengthening Our Institutional Capacity

We have successfully completed the PMP (Project Management Professional) preparation training, designed in alignment with PMI standards.

Throughout the training, we deepened our knowledge and skills in key areas such as the project life cycle, risk and communication management, leadership competencies, and agile methodologies.

This training will support the progress of our social impact-focused work under the SEECO Project in a more systematic, planned, and sustainable way — strengthening our approach to professional project management.
