The Kick-off Meeting was held on January 11th, 2023 in Şanlıurfa by the Karacadağ Development Agency, the local partner of the SEECO Project. The opening speeches at the meeting were made by Şanlıurfa Governor, Mr.Salih Ayhan, Şanlıurfa Governor Mr.Ali İhsan Su, Mr.Barış Yeniçeri, General Director of Development Agencies and Karacadağ Development Agency General Secretary Mr.Yunus Çolak.
